Red Folder: Identifying Students in Distress
A 1-hour training from Student Counseling Services to equip faculty and staff with the tools and knowledge to identify signs of student distress and take appropriate actions. Part 1 of the 4-part SCS Speaker Series.

Kognito: Managing Difficult Mental Health Struggles for Students
A 1.5-hour training session by Student Counseling Services focusing on difficult conversations with students struggling with mental health concerns. We'll introduce Kognito, an interactive program teaching how to recognize, approach, and assist others in emotional stress by connecting them with appropriate resources on and off campus. Part 2 of the 4-part SCS Speaker Series.

Question, Persuade, Refer: Suicide Prevention and Empathetic Support
A 2-hour training session will be provided by Student Counseling Services to teach participants how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to Question, Persuade, and Refer someone for help. Part 3 of the 4-part SCS Speaker Series.
